These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bango, a mobile application that enables users to share and discover anonymous, location‑based confessions and stories, and to start private, anonymous chats using in‑app tokens.
By downloading, accessing, or using Bango, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use Bango. You may only use Bango if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law.
Bango is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bango (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). For users in the EEA/UK, you must be 16+ unless your country allows a lower age of digital consent and verifiable parental consent is provided. If you are under the applicable age, you may not use Bango.
Bango may be used without creating a public profile. We may assign a random, pseudonymous identifier to your device/session to enable posting, moderation, and purchases. We may offer optional sign‑in or account features; if you choose to create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your device and any credentials.
“User Content” means text, images, reactions, and other material you post or transmit via Bango. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote Bango (including content moderation, enforcing policies, and enabling in‑app features). This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup and archival retention.
