Aphrodite is an emotional justice platform that allows users to submit relationship disputes, invite the other party to respond, and receive AI‑generated verdicts. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service (Important Disclaimer)

Aphrodite provides AI‑generated opinions and summaries based on user‑submitted content. The App does not provide legal, psychological, medical, or professional advice of any kind. AI verdicts are for entertainment, reflection, and communication purposes only and should not be relied upon as factual determinations or professional guidance.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
• Any decisions you make based on App content are made at your own risk.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

The App uses anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any identifiers associated with your account. We are not responsible for loss of access due to device changes or deletions unless otherwise required by law.

4. Case Submission & User Content

4.1 User Content

You may submit text, statements, and responses (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, analyze, and display such content solely for operating and improving the App and providing the service.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains hate speech, explicit sexual content, or violence
