By downloading, installing, or using NANDO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NANDO is an AI-powered application that generates photos and videos using artificial intelligence technology. The App allows users to create content including but not limited to UGC-style videos, portrait photography, lifestyle scenes, and social media content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Credits and Payments
